Our Customer Service Technicians
In our Residential operations throughout the country, we have dedicated Customer Service Technicians whose primary responsibility is to service the customer after the building has been occupied. These trained, courteous and professional employees have vehicles specifically outfitted with the tools, equipment and materials that are necessary to service the customer with a minimum of disruption.
The first sight a customer will see is a courteous, polite technician at the door with a portable vacuum cleaner in tow. At Ecker, we are committed to protecting our customer’s property prior to and during our service work, which is oftentimes performed as a service to the buyer through the warranty process. To that end, our technicians wear surgical ‘booties’ over their work boots, and also cover floor areas, furniture, cabinets, and anything else that can be damaged or soiled with clean tarps prior to us performing our work.
After completing our customer service work, we always ask the customer to complete a survey card to evaluate their experience, which in turn contributes to our continuous improvement philosophy.
